Joseph R. Hellmann, M.D.
Dr. Hellmann, a native of Cincinnati, completed his otolaryngology residency trainingat the University of Cincinnati where he was awarded the Alter Peerless Memorial Award, presented to the UC Resident who best exemplifies the qualities of a compassionate physician and teacher.
As a board-certified Otolaryngologist, Dr. Hellmann has served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Mercy Anderson Hospital, Clinical Instructor at the UC Department of Otolaryngology, and teaching faculty at Bethesda Family Practice and Christ Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program. Recent honors include “Top Docs of 2010” in Cincinnati Magazine. Dr. Hellmann is an involved father of five daughters. He can frequently be found coaching, participating, and chaperoning school activities.
